Q: How long can frozen meat be kept for and how should I store my meat?

CKH: It is recommended that once the meat is opened from the sealed packs you put an extra layer of plastic to cover up the opened sections. It is not recommended to freeze back meat that has been thawed for more than 1 hour. Once meat is partially or fully thawed, consume within 1 - 2 days. In the freezer: Steaks can be kept for 6 - 12 months Chicken parts like thigh, breast, drumsticks or wings, can be kept for 9 months Pork can be kept for 4 - 6 months.

Q: How and where do we deliver?

CKH: Delivery is islandwide except Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa. Our delivery is in-house as frozen meat will require refrigerated trucks to deliver.

Q: Can I choose my delivery date and time?

CKH: Yes, you may. Upon ordering, you can include your specific delivery date and time in the order remarks and we will try our best to fulfil. If there is no preferred time, our staff will contact you to confirm your delivery details.

Q: How will the meat be packed for delivery?

CKH: The meat will be vacuum packed. Orders will be packed based on quantity purchased. Do ensure that someone will be at home to receive delivery due to the frozen state of the meat.

Q: Can I amend my order or change delivery date after making payment?

CKH: Amendments or orders or delivery date should be made at least 2 days prior to your stipulated delivery. Do ensure that you received our message to confirm your amended delivery and feel free to contact us if we did not respond.

Q: How will cancellation of orders works? Any refunds?

CKH: Cancellation of orders should be done 2 days prior to stipulated delivery, a full refund will be given to you. If order is cancelled within 1 day of stipulated delivery, we will refund you 50% of your total orders. No refund will be given to last minute cancellations. In the event that the meat delivered to you is unsatisfactory, kindly provide us with an image and we will follow up with relevant actions needed to be taken.
